Up to 15,000 for B.C Children Hospital and provide opportunity for local children to display their artwork
Charity Sale Event for BC Children’s Hospital
TIMELINE
- All the drawings and pictures should be submitted before the deadline
- Submission location would be released before the submission date
- Picture Size: 8k, A3 or 12X18
- Picture Theme: Love, Hope, Peace, Support
- Please self-frame your children’s pictures before submission.
November 1st- November 30th: Display period & Public Auction
- Children’s drawings and paintings will be distributed to various commercial retailers. Detailed Locations would be sent to participants accordingly after the display. During the period of display, public auctions will take place.
- A maximum bidding price would be decided after receiving all the pictures. It would help to prevent malicious bidding.
Beginning of December: Final Auction
- BC children hospital will be invited to the conference and issue each child acknowledgeable receipts.
- All participants would be invited to our final public auction during the beginning of December.
